CRANBOURN® Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your CRANBOURN® purchases but, understand that from time to time, you may need to return items. We can offer a refund on items purchased from us and returned in an unsealed condition with all packaging intact within 28 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition, unfortunately, cannot be accepted or refunded.

Please ensure that you return any goods to in their original sealed packaging.

If you have received an item from CRANBOURN® as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note only – please ensure this is clearly stated on a note when returning to us.

For all CRANBOURN® products purchased via a CRANBOURN® Authorised Distributor, please refer to the retailer you have purchased from and their terms & conditions.

UK Returns

In the UK, CRANBOURN® offers a free tracked returns service with the Royal Mail so all you need to do is package it up in its original packaging and head to our Free Tracked Returns page. Fill in the form online to print of your returns label. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you drop it off. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can, but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.

International Orders

For international returns, please send your returns to the below address:

United Kingdom

We do not currently offer free international returns. Please note that any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are unfortunately non-refundable.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on:


If you wish to exchange a product in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item, if you are in a rush for your product, then return what you do not wish to keep, following the process described above. If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock permitting.
