We hope that you are happy with your CRANBOURN® purchases but, understand that from time to time, you may need to return items. We can only offer a refund on items purchased directly from us. Returned products must be in their original sealed condition with all packaging and tamper seals intact within 28 days of delivery for full-priced items and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any fragrance products returned with broken seals and therefore in non-sellable condition, unfortunately, cannot be accepted or refunded.
If you have received an item from CRANBOURN® as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note voucher only – please ensure this is clearly stated on a note when returning to us with the receipt of the original purchaser included.
