We hope that you are delighted with your CRANBOURN® purchase. However, we understand that there may occasionally be a need to return or exchange an item.

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies only to products purchased directly from CRANBOURN® through our website at www.cranbourn.com. If you purchased your product from an authorised retailer, distributor or other third party, please contact them directly as their returns and refund policies may differ from ours.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for products purchased directly from CRANBOURN®.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • be unused and in a fully resalable condition;
  • be returned within 30 days of delivery;
  • include all original packaging, labels and accessories;
  • have all tamper-evident seals intact where applicable; and
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene, quality and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles, diffusers, fragrance products or other sealed goods that have been opened, used or returned with broken seals, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Where products are returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or make an appropriate deduction where permitted by applicable law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Policy.

If your product arrives damaged, develops a fault, is defective, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at enquiries@cranbourn.com.

We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, provide a replacement, exchange, repair or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.

Gift Returns

If you have received a CRANBOURN® product as a gift purchased directly from us, you may return it for an exchange or a CRANBOURN® gift voucher, subject to the return conditions outlined above.

Please include a note confirming that the item was received as a gift together with proof of purchase from the original purchaser.

Authorised Retailers and Distributors

For products purchased from a CRANBOURN® authorised retailer, distributor or marketplace partner, please contact the original seller directly regarding returns, exchanges or refunds.

CRANBOURN® cannot process refunds for products purchased from third-party retailers.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods for refunds to be processed, although refunds are often completed sooner depending upon your payment provider.

Sustainability and Responsible Returns

As part of our commitment to responsible business practices, we encourage customers to consider purchases carefully before ordering and to minimise unnecessary returns where possible. Returns generate additional transportation emissions and packaging waste, which can have an environmental impact.

Where products are returned in an unused and resalable condition, we will seek to minimise waste and maximise the opportunity for responsible reuse or resale where appropriate.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Exchanges Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent legislation applicable within your jurisdiction.

Returning Your Order

CRANBOURN® does not currently offer a free returns service. Unless a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise subject to your statutory consumer rights, you will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Fragrance products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels, accessories and tamper-evident seals intact.

You may arrange return delivery using your preferred postal or courier service. Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely, as they remain your responsibility until safely received by our returns team.

If you would like to exchange a product, you may place a new order online for your preferred replacement item and return the original item in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. This is often the quickest way to receive your replacement product.

Alternatively, if you are happy to wait, you may return the original item together with a note clearly stating the product you would like to receive in exchange. Subject to product availability and successful inspection of the returned item, our Returns Team will process the exchange on your behalf.

All exchanged products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels, accessories and tamper-evident seals intact.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, including a refund or credit where applicable.
