We hope that you are happy with your CRANBOURN® purchases but, understand that from time to time, you may need to return items. We can only offer a refund on items purchased directly from us. Returned products must be in their original sealed condition with all packaging intact within 28 days of delivery for full-priced items and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received with broken seals and in a non-sellable condition, unfortunately, cannot be accepted or refunded.
All goods must be returned intact and in their original sealed packaging for them to be accepted for processing.
If you have received an item from CRANBOURN® as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note voucher only – please ensure this is clearly stated on a note when returning to us with the receipt of the original purchaser included.
