Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

- CRANBOURN® has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, servitude and all forms of exploitation. Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage and human trafficking, all of which involve the deprivation of a person’s liberty for personal or commercial gain.
- We are committed to acting ethically, responsibly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We seek to implement and maintain effective systems and controls designed to prevent modern slavery and human rights abuses from occurring within our own operations and throughout our supply chain.
- CRANBOURN® supports the principles set out in the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Fundamental Conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the United Nations Global Compact.
- We are committed to promoting transparency and accountability throughout our business and supply chain. We expect the same high standards from all contractors, suppliers, distributors, consultants and other business partners.

- This policy applies to all persons working for or on behalf of CRANBOURN®, including employees, directors, officers, agency workers, consultants, contractors, interns, volunteers, suppliers, distributors, third-party representatives and business partners.
- This policy does not form part of any contract of employment and may be amended periodically to reflect changes in legislation, best practice and business operations.

- The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring that this policy is consistent with CRANBOURN®’s legal obligations, ethical commitments and responsible business practices.
- The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy, monitoring its effectiveness, addressing questions relating to its application and ensuring that appropriate controls are maintained to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks.
- Management is responsible for ensuring that individuals under their supervision understand and comply with this policy and are provided with appropriate guidance and training where necessary.
- Employees and business partners are encouraged to provide feedback on this policy and suggest improvements to strengthen CRANBOURN®’s approach to preventing modern slavery and protecting human rights.
Due Diligence and Supply Chain Management
- CRANBOURN® seeks to assess and manage the risk of modern slavery within its operations and supply chain through supplier selection, due diligence, contractual requirements and ongoing engagement.
- We expect suppliers to maintain policies, procedures and controls appropriate to the nature and scale of their operations and to cooperate with reasonable requests for information regarding labour practices, sourcing and supply chain management.
- Where concerns are identified, CRANBOURN® may work with suppliers to address and remediate issues. Serious or persistent breaches may result in suspension or termination of the business relationship.

- Everyone working for or on behalf of CRANBOURN® must read, understand and comply with this policy.
- Individuals are encouraged to raise concerns regarding any actual or suspected modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or related human rights abuses occurring within any part of our operations or supply chain.
- If you believe or suspect a breach of this policy has occurred or may occur, you should report your concern as soon as possible to your manager or the Managing Director.
- If you are uncertain whether particular working conditions, recruitment practices or labour arrangements constitute modern slavery or exploitation, you should seek guidance and raise the matter for review.
- CRANBOURN® is committed to fostering an open and transparent culture. We will support anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith and will not tolerate retaliation, victimisation, disciplinary action, threats or other unfavourable treatment against any individual who reports concerns or participates in an investigation.
- Any person who believes they have suffered retaliation for raising a concern should report the matter immediately so that it can be investigated and addressed appropriately.
Communication and Awareness
- CRANBOURN® seeks to ensure that awareness of modern slavery risks and human rights responsibilities forms part of employee induction and ongoing business practices where appropriate.
- Our commitment to preventing modern slavery is communicated to suppliers, contractors and business partners at the outset of the relationship and reinforced through our policies, procedures and supplier engagement activities.

- Employees who breach this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.
- CRANBOURN® may suspend, review or terminate relationships with suppliers, contractors, consultants, distributors or other business partners who fail to comply with this policy or who engage in conduct inconsistent with our ethical and human rights commitments.
Monitoring and Review
- CRANBOURN® will periodically review this policy and its associated procedures to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and alignment with legal requirements, recognised international standards and best practice.
- We are committed to continual improvement in our approach to protecting human rights, preventing modern slavery and promoting responsible business practices throughout our operations and supply chain.
