Antes de usar su CRANBOURN^® vela aromática

• When your candle arrives, you can recycle the external cardboard packaging. We have opted to package our luxury fragrances in FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) sustainble fibreboard, so you do not have to compromise your values to have quality products.
• Choose a safe place in your home for your candle. Choose a level, heat-resistant surface out of the reach of children and pets. Temperature and light can affect the scent and colour of your candle, so try to keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Antes de encender la vela por primera vez, corte la mecha al menos 1 cm/¼ de pulgada. Esto evitará que se queme de manera desigual.

• La primera vez que enciendas tu vela, déjala arder hasta que toda la superficie sea cera líquida (hasta 3 horas). Esto evitará que su vela se tunelice y extenderá la vida útil de su vela.
• Each time you burn your candle, try to leave it lit for a significant time (2-3 hours) to maintain an even burn.
• Never leave your burning candle unattended; try not to move the candle while the wax is liquid.
• If molten wax is spilt on the skin, use plenty of water and mild soap to remove it. In case of allergic reactions, seek medical advice.

Después de usar su CRANBOURN^® vela aromática

• When extinguishing your candle, use a snuffer to prevent wax splatter.
• The length of the candle wick affects the burn speed. Keep the wick trimmed to control the flame and ensure it does not burn too quickly. If the wick ‘mushrooms’ (forms a thicker clump at the top), snip this section off.
• Si nota que se forma hollín negro dentro del recipiente de la vela, límpielo con un paño limpio y húmedo y recorte la mecha.
• You can use hot water and a clean cloth to remove wax residue.
• Una vez que haya usado su CRANBOURN^® vela, el recipiente se puede rellenar, reutilizar como contenedor o reciclar.
• Avoid disposing or releasing contents into the environment, which harms aquatic life. Always responsibly dispose of the contents and container at a specialist waste and recycling collection point.
