• When your candle arrives, please recycle the outer packaging. Our packaging is crafted using FSC^®-certified, responsibly sourced fibreboard, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design.
• Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. To preserve fragrance quality and appearance, store your candle in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Before lighting for the first time, trim the wick to approximately 5mm / ¼ inch. This helps promote an even burn, optimises fragrance performance and minimises soot.

• When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface (up to 3 hours). This helps prevent tunnelling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
• For best performance, burn your candle for 2–3 hours at a time, allowing the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials, and avoid moving the candle while the wax is molten.
• If molten wax comes into contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and mild soap. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, seek medical advice.

• To extinguish your candle, we recommend using a candle snuffer to minimise smoke and prevent wax splatter.
• Keep the wick trimmed to approximately 5mm before each burn. This helps maintain an even flame, optimises fragrance performance and prolongs the life of your candle. If the wick develops a ‘mushroom’ shape, carefully trim away the excess before relighting.
• If black soot forms inside the vessel, allow the candle to cool completely before gently wiping the interior with a clean, damp cloth and trimming the wick.
• Once your candle has been fully enjoyed, any remaining wax residue can be removed using warm water and a soft cloth.
• Designed to be enjoyed long after the candle has burned, your CRANBOURN^® vessel can be refilled, repurposed as a decorative container, or recycled where facilities exist.
• Please dispose of any remaining contents responsibly and do not release wax or fragrance materials into the environment. Always follow local recycling and waste disposal guidance.
