Reed diffusers provide a continuous and effortless way to enjoy fragrance within your home, workplace or hospitality environment, creating beautiful atmospheres without the need for electricity, flame or heat.
When your reed diffuser arrives, please recycle the outer packaging. Our packaging is crafted using FSC^®-certified, responsibly sourced fibreboard, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design.
Place your diffuser in a secure location away from children and pets.
For optimum fragrance performance, position your diffuser in a well-used area with natural air circulation. This will help distribute fragrance more effectively throughout the space.
Do not place your diffuser directly onto polished, painted or delicate surfaces, as fragrance oils may cause damage if spilled. We recommend placing a coaster or protective mat beneath the vessel.

To begin enjoying your diffuser, carefully insert the natural reeds into the fragrance oil and allow them to absorb the fragrance.
Our natural reeds are designed to gradually diffuse fragrance throughout your space. To refresh and enhance fragrance performance, carefully turn the reeds over every 1–2 weeks, preferably over a sink or protected surface to avoid spills.
Depending on room temperature, airflow and placement, your CRANBOURN^® reed diffuser will typically provide fragrance for up to 12 weeks.
Avoid direct contact with fragrance oil. If oil comes into contact with skin, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and mild soap. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, seek medical advice.

Designed to be enjoyed long after the fragrance has been diffused, your CRANBOURN^® vessel can be refilled, repurposed as a decorative vase or container, or recycled where facilities exist.
Please dispose of any remaining fragrance oil responsibly and do not release contents into the environment. Always follow local recycling and waste disposal guidance.
