For all orders placed directly with CRANBOURN®, you will be sent a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging in to your online CRANBOURN® Account and by clicking on the order number you are waiting for. If you have any problems or the delivery is taking longer than usual, contact CRANBOURN® Customer Service at [email protected] and we will look into it further for you.

For all orders placed with a CRANBOURN® Authorised Distributor, please refer to their tracking service.

Our standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days to reach you from dispatch. International orders can take 7-14 working days to arrive, so please make sure you place your order allowing plenty of time.

Please note we endeavour to dispatch your order straight away however during sale periods this could take 2-3 working days.

For all product orders placed with a CRANBOURN® Authorised Distributor, please refer to their courier services.

Our warehouse team are quick at picking and packing, so we are unable to make changes to products on your order. Please check your confirmation as soon as you have placed your order and send through any address changes to [email protected] as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee the changes will be made but we will do our very best.

Please note that we cannot process any changes or cancellations to orders during our Sale periods.

So long as the item remains with unbroken/intact product seals and in its original condition, we can accept the return within 28 days for full-priced items, or 14 days for sale items. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for a step-by-step guide and our full returns policy. You can also email [email protected] for any further queries.

We are usually very efficient to process your returns, but please do bear in mind that there may be delays after very busy periods such as Sales. We aim to process your returns within 1 week, but it may take up to 2 weeks.

If we have sold out of a particular item, you want might want to check with one of our CRANBOURN® Authorised Distributors, or email [email protected] and we will go on the search for you.

As we are only human, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you have received your order and there is something not quite right, please let us know right away so we can rectify it for you. You can contact our friendly CRANBOURN® Customer Service team at [email protected]

We do run seasonal sales and promotional product events principally, during the Winter & Summer periods. The best way to keep informed is to make sure you are signed up for the CRANBOURN®  newsletter and keep a keen eye on our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.
