Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your CRANBOURN® purchases but, understand that from time to time, you may need to return items. We can only offer a refund on items purchased directly from us.  Returned products must be in their original sealed condition with all packaging and tamper seals intact within 28 days of delivery for full-priced items and within 14 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any fragrance products returned with broken seals and therefore in non-sellable condition, unfortunately, cannot be accepted or refunded.

If you have received an item from CRANBOURN® as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or credit note voucher only – please ensure this is clearly stated on a note when returning to us with the receipt of the original purchaser included.

For all CRANBOURN® products purchased via a CRANBOURN® Authorised Distributor, please refer back to the retailer you have purchased from and check their terms & conditions.  Their terms and conditions may vary from ours.

UK Returns

CRANBOURN® does not offer a free returns service and you will be responsible for safe carriage and associated return costs.  To use the returns service you will need to ensure that all fragrance products are returned in their original condition with untampered seals.  Fill in the form online to print your returns label. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or your chosen courier service when you drop it off. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can, but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.

International Returns

CRANBOURN® does not offer a free returns courier service and you will be responsible for safe carriage and associated return costs.  To use the returns service you will need to ensure that all products are returned in their original condition with untampered seals.  Fill in the form online to print your returns label. Please note that for international returns, customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are unfortunately non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush for your product and then return what you do not wish to keep, following the process described above. If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock permitting.
